These reports provide valuable information to assist you in making effective hiring and
development decisions. A summary of each report is provided below.

Individual Profile Report
This report contains a participant’s complete results for the Computerized Simulation.
These results provide a prediction of the participant’s potential for success and valuable feedback on
skill strengths and developmental needs. This report is typically used when providing developmental coaching and feedback.

CareeRx Developmental Report CareeRx provides a personalized development plan for each participant.
Each plan clearly lists and prioritizes specific developmental activities based on the participant’s Computerized Simulation
results. Due to its emphasis on development, this report is used for performance management and coaching.

List of Participants Report This report lists overall assessment scores and skill scores on the Computerized Simulation
for multiple participants. The report can be sorted by name, date, or test score to provide a quick overview of participant results.

Training Needs Analysis This report shows the Computerized Simulation results across a group of participants
and identifies group training needs by skill. The report also provides summary statistics (e.g., number of participants,
average test score). This report is ideal for identifying group training and development needs.

Pass / Fail Participant Results List This report lists selected participants, the date they completed the
Computerized Simulation, and whether they passed or failed the assessment. This report can be generated for one participant
or for a group of participants.

Face to Face Simulation Developmental Report
This report provides a participant's complete assessment results for the Face to Face Simulation.
These results include the participant's overall rating and ratings for each of the skills measured by the simulation.
The report also provides personalized feedback regarding specific behaviors that the participant demonstrated during the
Face to Face Simulation.
