Teller Assessment Program™
SAMPLE REPORTS
The Teller Assessment Program-Enhanced for Sales (TAP-Sales) provides three comprehensive, easy-to-interpret reports. These reports provide valuable information to assist you in making effective hiring and development decisions and are included with TAP-Sales and CareeRx at no additional cost. A brief summary of each report is provided below.
- Individual
Profile Report This report contains a
participant's complete assessment results. These
results provide a prediction of the participant's
potential for success and valuable feedback on skill
strengths and developmental needs. Due to its emphasis
on development, this report is typically used when
providing coaching or feedback.
- CareeRx
Developmental Report The CareeRx option
provides personalized performance plans for each
participant. Each plan clearly lists and prioritizes
specific developmental activities based on the participant’s
TAP-Sales assessment results. Each developmental
activity is specific to your organization and can
include activities and courses already in place.
Due to its emphasis on development, this report
is used for performance management and coaching.
- Training
Needs Analysis This report contains two sections. The first section lists overall assessment scores and skill scores for multiple participants. Due to its summary nature, this section of the report is typically used to review participant results when making hiring decisions. The second section of the report shows results across a group of participants and identifies group-training needs by skill. This section also provides summary statistics (i.e., average score, number of participants) for a group of participants. Due to its emphasis on development, this section of the report is ideal for identifying group training and development needs.
