• Individual Profile Report   This report contains a participant’s complete assessment results. The report lists results for each e.SKILLS Bilingual exercise. These results provide a prediction of the participant’s potential for success in performing similar activities on the job. The report is typically used to identify individual training and development needs.

• Training Needs Analysis   This report contains two sections. The first section lists overall assessment scores for multiple participants. Because of its summary nature, this section is used primarily when making hiring or placement decisions. The second section of the report summarizes results across a group of participants and identifies group training needs by skill. The section also provides summary statistics (e.g., number of participants, average test scores). Due to its emphasis on development, this section of the report is ideal for identifying group training and development needs.
