    SAMPLE REPORTS

e.SKILLS provides three comprehensive, easy-to-interpret reports. These reports provide valuable information to assist you in making effective hiring and development decisions and are included with e.SKILLS at no additional cost. A brief summary of each report is provided below.

    • Individual Profile Report   This report contains a participant's complete assessment results. The report lists results for each e.SKILLS exercise administered. These results provide a prediction of the participant's potential for success in performing similar activities on the job. The report is typically used to identify individual training and development needs.

    • E-mail Composition Results and Developmental Feedback Report   This report provides personalized feedback based on each participant's E-mail Composition results. The report provides a summary of the participant's overall performance, along with specific performance feedback. In addition, the report clearly outlines tips for improving the effectiveness of future e-mails and written correspondence. Due to its emphasis on development, this report is used for developmental coaching and planning for both new and existing employees.

    • Training Needs Analysis   This report contains two sections. The first section lists overall assessment scores for multiple participants. Because of its summary nature, this section is used primarily when making hiring or placement decisions. The second section of the report summarizes results across a group of participants and identifies group training needs by skill. The section also provides summary statistics (e.g., number of participants, average test scores). Due to its emphasis on development, this section of the report is ideal for identifying group training and development needs.
