Customer Service Fit Index® (CSFI)
The Customer Service Fit Index® (CSFI) test measures applicants' job fit by identifying their tolerance for job-relevant activities required for success or environmental characteristics present as part of the job. Below are a few examples of the nine (9) Work Tolerance areas measured by the CSFI test that help to determine an applicant's Turnover Risk Rating.
- Working Under Time Pressure: Will the applicant
enjoy having to make decisions quickly?
- Coping with Criticism: Is the applicant willing
to accept criticism without getting upset?
- Emotionally Stressful Situations: Will the applicant
be bothered by having to counter and rebut others'
arguments? Can the applicant be polite to rude or
difficult people?
- Problem Solving: Can the applicant manage a lot
of information at once without becoming frustrated?
Combined with the
Work Tolerance information
collected in Section A of the
CSFI test is information
regarding applicants'
Interpersonal Style.
The characteristics listed below also help to determine
an applicant's fit for the job of a Customer Service
Representative.
- Conscientiousness: Is the applicant careful and
responsible?
- Emotionality: Is the applicant resilient and stress
tolerant?
- Extraversion: Is the applicant outgoing and social?
- Ambition: Is the applicant hardworking and persistent?
- Agreeableness: Is the applicant good-natured and
warm?
