TeleSales Fit Index® (TSFI)
The TeleSales Fit Index® (TSFI) test measures applicants' job fit by identifying their tolerance for job-relevant activities required for success or environmental characteristics present as part of the job. Below are a few examples of the twelve (12) Work Tolerance areas measured by the TSFI test that help to determine an applicant's Turnover Risk Rating.
- Working Under Time Pressure: Can the applicant
tolerate working at a very fast pace? Will the applicant
enjoy having to make decisions quickly?
- Maintaining Goal Orientation: Will the applicant
be frustrated by trying to maintain productivity
goals? Can the applicant deal with setbacks effectively
to achieve a productivity goal?
- Attention to Detail: Will the applicant be bothered
having to remain attentive to details over extended
periods of time?
- Routinization: Can the applicant tolerate having
little variety in their work activities?
- Exchanging Information with Customers: Will the
applicant be motivated to speak with others regarding
products or services?
Combined with the
Work Tolerance information
collected in Section A of the TSFI test is
information regarding applicants'

organized?

tolerant?
