The CareeR_x software lets you quickly add, modify, or delete developmental activities from your organization's CareeR_x plan. These activities are categorized by key job skills and can include a variety of resources including training courses, self-study exercises, on-line modules, on-the-job activities, etc. You also have the option of designating performance levels: High (advanced), Medium (intermediate), Low (basic), and all (appropriate for all skill levels). This allows you to provide a targeted performance plan for each member of your organization - from new hires to top performers.
